My experience with Caroline was very kind, I can ask her any question and if she doesn’t know she finds out for me in a timely manner. Dr. Seecharan is very informative with his injection process. I would recommend to my friends.

You guys really took care of me. Dr. Sami is a great doctor. Great staff behind this practice. I got an injection from him earlier in Sept & he was very informative on what he was doing as he was doing it. I would recommend them to everyone.

Everything was great! Dr. Ayer explained in detail as he was doing my intention a couple of weeks ago. Very direct. Caroline is great and fantastic & was very helpful in any way she could be.

Caroline is wonderful & has done an excellent job in mine and my daughters care. She is so sweet & has a lot of patience with us. Dr. Ayer is awesome too he listens to our concerns & he explained everything where we could understood it.

Excellent service by everyone at the Columbus office. Front desk clerk is very prompt and attentive. The doctors are very knowledgeable, attentive to your needs and concerns.

I return to the doctor's office after my test results were in that was ordered by Dr Ayers. Initially I met with Mike the PA who went over all of my film. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I had a lot of questions. He went over the film several times until I understood what I was viewing. I was made aware of the option of having an epidural to ease the pain and prolong or prevent the necessity of me having surgery. It was nice to know that I had an option. After I decided I would go forward with the epidural, Dr Raore entered the room and went over the procedures with me. He made me feel at ease and that I would be in good hands. Vivian the scheduler was also very pleasant and she scheduled my procedure. The thought of having long needles stuck into my back was very unsettling. I called back with more questions and was immediately connected to a PA that calmly went over the procedures again with me and pre-ordered me sedatives. I arrived the day of my procedure and was immediately taken to the surgical area.
I was still nervous.
I was made to feel comfortable by Dr. Raore. My procedure was very effective and following it I have not had any back pain as of today and counting If surgery is necessary in my future I will definitely continue my care with Apex Spine and Neurosurgery.
The ancillary team at Apex is wonderful especially Caroline their front desk assistant. Caroline's customer service skills are commendable. Her smile is genuine and she makes you feel welcome the moment to step into the doors. When I return to their office with my test results she came downstairs from the office and met me and took the results so I wouldn't have to walk while I was in pain. After my procedure while waiting for my ride to pick me up she purchased me a bottle of water from her own funds. She follows up with the patients and make sure that their concerns are addressed and a timely fashion. I have witnessed her interactions with other patients and was impressed.I have nothing but good reviews on everyone that I came in contact with at this office and I highly recommend them.

I arrived at Apex spine and neurosurgery with severe back pain. I didn't know what to expect I only knew that I didn't want surgery. My appointment was with Dr Ayers when we went to he was very personable and approachable. I didn't feel like I was being rushed. He asked me questions and he listened to my concerns especially being afraid of having surgery. He didn't dismiss me instead he ordered tests to find out the scope of my problems to determine how to proceed. It was very refreshing having a doctor that cared.

From my Surgeon/Doctor to his PA at the hospital to the entire staff at the Columbus APEX I will be forever grateful. I’ve had back issues for 13 years and finally someone listened to me and I’m 2 weeks post op and already feel 1000x better!! The staff here is beyond helpful and Caroline is the absolute best! She has answered all my crazy questions and is always offering help anyway she can. I would recommend them to everyone!
